Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QuadPulse, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What QuadPulse Provides

QuadPulse is an AI-powered FX analytics and trade automation platform. Specifically:

• AI model tiers (Sentinel, Navigator, Apex) that generate market predictions with confidence scores.
• Pulse agents that can scan markets, produce trade signals, and optionally execute trades on linked brokerage accounts.
• Risk controls, approval workflows, and a full audit trail for every action.
• A dashboard to monitor, configure, and review all activity.

Not Financial Advice

This is critical — please read carefully.

• QuadPulse does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
• AI predictions are probabilistic. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• All allocations carry risk. The value of trades may go up or down.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, configurations, and the capital you allocate.
• QuadPulse is a tool — not a financial advisor, broker, or fund manager.

Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your account or allow others to access it.
• You must provide accurate configuration when linking brokerage accounts via MetaAPI.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

• QuadPulse operates on recurring Pulse model rentals billed monthly.
• All payments for Pulse rentals are final and non-refundable once charged.
• Payments are processed by Paystack and Coinbase Commerce — we never store card details.
• Canceling or pausing a Pulse rental stops future renewal invoices. It does not refund or prorate the current billing period.
• If renewal payment fails or expires, the related Pulse can be paused until renewal is completed.
• Third-party providers, banks, networks, or wallets may apply their own processing, FX, withdrawal, or settlement fees.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Withdrawals, Payouts, and Billing Methods

• Referral cashouts are only sent to verified billing methods approved by QuadPulse.
• You are responsible for providing correct wallet, bank, or payout details.
• QuadPulse is not liable for funds sent to incorrect destinations caused by inaccurate user-submitted payout data.
• We may suspend, reject, or request re-verification of billing methods for fraud, compliance, or risk controls.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms.
• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Abuse API endpoints, circumvent rate limits, or disrupt the service.
• Misrepresent QuadPulse outputs as licensed financial advice to third parties.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label QuadPulse services without written permission.

Brokerage & Execution

• QuadPulse connects to your brokerage account through a secure integration layer. We do not hold or custody funds.
• Execution outcomes can differ from model recommendations due to slippage, spread changes, latency, and broker-side constraints.
• Trade execution depends on your broker's availability, liquidity, and conditions.
• We are not responsible for slippage, rejected orders, or broker downtime.
• You must ensure your brokerage account meets any regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

• QuadPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free predictions, or profitable outcomes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuadPulse is not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.

Intellectual Property

• All QuadPulse software, AI models, branding, and content are owned by QuadPulse.
• Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform.
• You retain ownership of your trading data and configurations.

Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or for any reason with notice.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
