Refund Policy

Refund rules for subscriptions and connected accounts.

QuadPulse subscriptions become account-specific once a MetaTrader account is connected. This policy explains when a refund can be reviewed, when fees are non-refundable, and how cancellation affects future renewals.

Refund position

The key distinction is whether a MetaTrader account has been connected.

Before connection, support can review whether a payment should be returned. After connection, QuadPulse has already allocated service resources for that account, so the subscription is generally non-refundable.

Before connection

A subscription may be reviewed for refund only when no MetaTrader account has been connected or provisioned.

After connection

Once a MetaTrader account is connected, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Future renewals

Canceling stops future renewal invoices. It does not automatically refund the active billing period.

Why this policy exists

Connected accounts create real service costs.

When a user connects a MetaTrader account, QuadPulse may allocate account-specific tokens, provisioning work, broker-connection resources, AI workflow capacity, monitoring, and platform infrastructure. Those costs are tied to the subscription even if the user later pauses or disconnects.

Policy overview

QuadPulse subscriptions pay for software access, connected-account provisioning, market data workflows, AI infrastructure, and account-specific operating capacity. Because these resources are allocated when a user connects a MetaTrader account, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable after that connection occurs.

When a refund may be considered

  • A refund may be considered only if the user has subscribed but has not connected any MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 account to QuadPulse.
  • A refund may be considered only if QuadPulse has not started provisioning, token allocation, connected-account setup, or account-specific AI workflow preparation for the subscription.
  • Refund requests must be reviewed by support. Eligibility is not automatic and may require account and billing verification.
  • Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.

When subscriptions are non-refundable

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once any MetaTrader account is connected, submitted for connection, provisioned, or prepared for account-specific service.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once QuadPulse has allocated tokens, infrastructure capacity, broker-connection resources, or related service costs for the connected account.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable because a user chooses not to trade, pauses usage, changes strategy, disconnects an account after provisioning, or does not achieve a desired trading outcome.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable for market losses, broker execution outcomes, spreads, slippage, latency, third-party service conditions, or unsupported expectations of profit.

Cancellations and renewals

  • Users may cancel or pause a subscription according to available account settings or support processes.
  • Canceling or pausing a subscription stops future renewal invoices where the cancellation is completed before the next renewal date.
  • Canceling or pausing does not automatically refund, prorate, or credit the current billing period.
  • If a renewal payment fails or expires, related product access may be paused until renewal is completed.

Errors, duplicate charges, and required corrections

  • If a duplicate payment, payment processor error, or billing mistake occurs, QuadPulse may correct the billing record or issue a refund or credit after review.
  • Processor fees, bank fees, network fees, foreign-exchange differences, or third-party charges may be handled according to the applicable provider's rules.
  • Chargebacks, disputes, or suspected abuse may lead to account review, access limitation, or suspension while the billing issue is investigated.

How to request review

  • Contact support from the email address associated with the subscription.
  • Include the payment reference, subscription tier, payment date, and whether any MetaTrader account was connected or submitted.
  • Do not share MetaTrader passwords or sensitive credentials in a refund request.
  • QuadPulse may request additional verification before approving any refund or billing correction.

Relationship to the Terms of Use

This Refund Policy supplements the QuadPulse Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between this policy and another public support message, this dedicated policy and the Terms of Use control unless QuadPulse provides a written exception for a specific account.
